AsThe primary focus of this role is to partner with clients, in order to allow them to maximise the return on their investment in systems and software. You will lead clients to success in their implementations, delivering high levels of service to allow lasting relationships to be built.
Using your consultancy and analytical skills, and as the subject matter expert for their clients solution, you will analyse, document and propose solutions for large and/or complex business areas, prepare functional specifications and detailed test plans and assist in ensuring that those requirements are delivered. You will be partnering with various clients, all with differing requirements, to drive and challenge clients on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their project.

Responsibilities:
Providing business consultancy/pre-implementation services
·Identify the needs of the client and propose suitable solutions, with full explanations.
·Queries raised by the client are dealt with efficiently and to their satisfaction, seeking help from others if necessary.
·Business consultancy is organized and conducted in line with the appropriate procedural standards.
·Opportunities for developing/maintaining client relations are sought and acted upon.

·Treat all clients as individuals, developing and maintaining a positive, honest, open and, wherever possible, friendly relationship.
·Partner with the client to understand their needs and be empathetic towards their point of view.
·Aim to build a long-term consultative relationship with clients.
·Any complaints received from clients are investigated and responded to promptly.
·All communication with clients is conducted in line with company policy.

Skills & Requirements:
·A degree in Business, Finance or Computing, or an equivalent qualification
·Significant experience in practice management systems and/or legal project management
·Proven experience interacting directly with end users
·Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
·Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
