My client, a global digital commerce consultancy who specialise in technology, Fulfillment, Logistics & Supply Chain solutions and payment are seeking a Sales Director to join their ever growing UK Team. This role will have a predominant focus on the Fulfillment, Logistics & supply chain area of the business working in collaboration with the Technology & Payments Sales Director.

The chosen candidate will have that of a 'Hunter' mentality and should be accustomed to selling into the top 250-500 retail business across the UK and Europe. In this position, you will develop and implement a strategy to acquire new logo clients and cross sell into existing clients to achieve and exceed your target revenue goals. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation, to scoping potential requirement and closure of the deal.
Responsibilities include:
Ownership of specific sales territories across the UK & Europe
Developing account strategies to understand and develop compelling propositions in-line with given accounts business objectives
Hunting new business opportunities, qualification of opportunities and closure of new business
Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders at executive levels
Selling enterprise solutions & services to meet and exceed annual revenue target
Co-ordination with solution engineers and professional services teams
Inputting ideas into marketing events inline with sales strategy
Required Knowledge and experience.
Clear track record of selling enterprise solutions into tier 1, tier 2 retailers & brands.
5+ years experience selling technology solutions with a quota of GBP800k-GBP1m & a record of over achievement
Articulate & professional consultative selling style
Experienced in hunting new business opportunities through your own prospecting & professional methods of pursuing prospects
Ability to clearly articulate and present business' value propositions
Self starter mentality with the ability to work independently
Regional travel required up to 50%
