Im on the looking for a Director of Retail Operations to join their growing team of passionate people who are creating a world-class brand experience.
Reporting to the President, youll contribute to their overall regional development as they execute a rapid expansion plan.
·Building, developing and leading high performing teams.
·Creating new relationships internally and externally as a brand ambassador.
·Developing multiple teams in multiple cities with a focus on flagship stores in Los Angeles and San Francisco
·Managing and cultivating effective communication and relationships development with brand champions at existing customers
·Identifying and managing new target account plans in conjunction with distributors, to close qualified leads and achieve new account goals for an assigned area
·Ensuring profitability by effectively managing asset costs and allocation among new and existing customers/team members
·Leading and managing a Retail expansion strategy and overseeing cross-functional projects to support growth and optimize of retail operations.
·Leading the creation and execution of strategic initiatives for retail operations and expansion including the processes, tools and systems needed to support them.
·Leading the upgrade of all retail operations manuals and other systems. Ensure all locations are maintained in a way that enhances the brand
·Ensuring all Retail locations are staffed at all times with team members that deliver optimal Brand experience
·Oversee in development & delivery of retail training programs
What theyre looking for:
·5+ years experience managing the core functions of multiple successful retail stores
·Health and wellness industry experience would be a bonus
·The ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
·Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English
·Good time management and prioritisation skills would be key to success in this role.
·Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel within a geographic region extensively
·Strong computers skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
·Knowledge of business planning and financial performance measures
·Ability to analyse problems and provide solutions
