My client, a well-known fashion brand are currently looking to engage an Ecommerce Product Owner with experience managing and owning Hybris as a product. Youll be responsible for defining and prioritising the functionality of all elements of their eCommerce platform Hybris. This is a really exciting time to get on-board with the business as they have a huge digital/ecommerce roadmap and youll be working with a forward thinking and innovative team. My client are looking for the following.
Work with the Digital team and wider business to define and agree the features and functionality required for expanding and optimising all elements of the Digital platform
To document the features and functionality in a standard wall in the Product Backlog, using an Agile toolset such as Jira (or suitable alternative) and to work with Business Analyst in detailing the relevant Epics and Stories
Challenge & work with SI accordingly to ensure the brand store front build takes full advantage of Hybris functionality & complements the businesses and digital requirements
Conduct the backlog grooming process with the Business Analyst, Scrum Master and other Product Owners, as well as the other members of the development team
Provide a clear description of product features for easy comprehension by the development teams
Attend & drive stand-ups and work with the Project and Business teams to ensure that blockers are owned and cleared providing relevant escalations path for resolution
Provide industrial insight, innovation and relevant expertise to ensure the Digital product remains commercial competitive and efficient whilst optimising the brand and customer experience
To own and communicate the product roadmap, including the core Digital platform, in house teams (where relevant) and third-party tools.
Assess and report the effectiveness of new features through the use of analytics and reporting, as well as understanding the optimisation of efficiency gains from back-office enhancements
Work with the Head of analytics to manage the analytics implementation across all releases so that metrics are visible and prioritised in all releases.
Lead detailed level of the requirements from stakeholders, making sure that the scrum team focuses on building the right product (Using Agile tools and practices).
Understand the internal business context and readiness for new Digital initiatives, and work with the Project Team, the Programme Manager, Release Manager, Training Co-ordinator and Test Manager to ensure product features accrue tangible business benefits from their release dates.
