- Were currently working with a Global Service Provider who are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their exciting and relatively young business in Central London.
The purpose of this role is to successfully implement Workday HCM & Payroll working in partnership with internal stakeholders and a third party Workday implementation partner.
To succeed in this role, you will:
·Takes full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of the project to implement Workday
·Creates the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, capability deployment (training and engagement activities) and any business activities required to integrate new digital processes or jobs into the "business as usual" environment.
·Implements stakeholder engagement/ communications plans, including, for example; handling of complaints; problems and issues; managing resolutions; corrective actions and lessons learned; collection and dissemination of relevant information.
Experience & Skills
To succeed in this role, youll need to have:
·Confident when working in partnership with Executive Board and Senior Leadership teams of relevant business areas
·Used to working in a small team, whilst supporting a large organisation
·Ability to work under pressure in a busy and varied environment.

Background / Experience:
·Has successfully project managed the implementation of Workday HCM & Payroll
·Has a comprehensive knowledge of relevant development life-cycles, and the environment in which they operate. Has a sound understanding of risk management. Understands the interdependencies of business processes and information systems.
·Broadly skilled in information and communications technology. Has a comprehensive knowledge of relevant systems development life-cycles.

Education & Qualifications
·Prince2 Practitioner or PMP ® - Project Management Professional
·Probably educated to bachelor degree level or holds a relevant professional qualification
